1. Nature of our services

ADVAY provides advisory and implementation support only. We do not provide legal advice, formal accessibility certification, or NDIS compliance certification. Any guidance relating to accessibility (including WCAG principles) or NDIS practices is informational and practical, based on current standards and common expectations at the time of review.

2. Website assessments and audits

  • Website assessments and audits:
  • Reflect the website’s condition at the time of review
  • Identify potential clarity, accessibility, and usability issues
  • Provide practical improvement suggestions, not guarantees
  • Final responsibility for implementation decisions and regulatory compliance remains with the service provider.

3. Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Ensuring the accuracy of content describing their services
  • Seeking legal, compliance, or specialist advice where required
  • Reviewing and approving all changes before publication
  • ADVAY does not publish or modify content without client approval.

4. Fees and engagement

Paid services are agreed in advance based on a defined scope, usually set out in a proposal or engagement email. Any work outside the agreed scope will be discussed and agreed before proceeding.

To the extent permitted by Australian law, ADVAY is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our guidance or services. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.

6. Intellectual property

All final deliverables become the property of the client once full payment is received. ADVAY may reference completed work in a general, non-confidential manner (for example, in a portfolio or case study) unless otherwise agreed with the client.
